Terms of Service

Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of account information and the security of your credentials. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Acceptable use

Don’t use Kurvant products to do unlawful, harmful, or deceptive things. Don’t attempt to circumvent security controls or rate limits. Don’t use Kurvant products to build a competing product.

Subscriptions & billing

Each Kurvant product carries its own subscription. There is no single bundled subscription that covers all of our products.

Paid plans renew until cancelled. All fees are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for any taxes that apply.

Customer content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Kurvant a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach. On termination, we will help you export your data within a reasonable period.

Disclaimers & limitations

Kurvant services are provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated. Liability is limited as described in our agreements, available on request.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
